They were very courteous, punctual and competent. They came promptly after our fire damage and explained everything very well. I was especially grateful that they did not break any of my things upon transporting out of the kitchen and dining area.

Paul and Phillipe were very professional, courteous, and asked questions that were thought provoking and guided me through the process. I had never been through this before, so I appreciated their education and their making sure that I had asked certain questions to the insurance adjuster so that everything went smoothly for me.

They were excellent and informative throughout the process regarding fire damage and mitigation.
