Sudden Water Damage from a Storm in Ham Lake

This Ham Lake Water Damage was the result of a sudden and violent rainstorm that poured water through the open bay windows. We arrived soon after the event to begin the water extraction using portable wet-vacs. We salvaged the baseboards by removing them for drying, but the inexpensive laminate flooring was beyond help. We discarded that material and used our air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the remaining moisture in the affected area. Our equipment did dry out the cabinetry, so the homeowner was pleased that the cost of replacement was reduced.
