Flooded Kitchen in Chanhassen

Our crews were recently called in to mitigate this water damage at a home in Chanhassen. A pipe had broke in the ceiling above the kitchen which damaged not only the ceiling but also the cabinets and floor of the kitchen below.

Our technicians quickly extracted the water to keep the damage from getting worse and then cut out the affected sheet rock in the ceiling. Taking prompt action is one of the most important parts of a water damage situation.

Lastly they cleaned up the entire work area so that they family and their young children could use the kitchen while repairs were being made.
