Chaska Water Damage from Frozen Pipe

During one of Minnesota's "Deep Freezes" this home suffered water damage when a pipe in the ceiling of the home froze and burst. Check out one of our franchises' blogs here for more information on how to prevent your pipes from freezing.

The water affected the kitchen cabinets, family room and family room carpet.

Our crews arrived on site in under an hour and were able to quickly extract the water, and begin drying.  This allowed us to save many of the materials from having to be removed which saved the homeowner both money and time on the clean up!
